Construction Project Manager

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading MNC and lead unique mixed-use development projects in the Delhi/NCR region. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assess and mitigate risks in a business environment for effective business risk management. - Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects for efficient project management. - Organize, execute, and manage the construction of real estate properties for effective construction management. - Utilize tools for timeline management, document management, design management, and other common software for construction. - Implement and manage budgets, cost benchmarking, and prevent deviations for cost control. - Set realistic timelines for construction sites and prevent deviations for effective timeline management. - Understand internal procurement procedures and local construction market for construction procurement and market. - Navigate local and national authority permission processes for design and construction activities for permission process. - Stay updated on construction standards, codes, cost drivers, and structures for construction market, development & trends. - Ensure a safe construction site compliant with safety and environment standards for Construction HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). - Provide a structurally safe property with life safety and property protection systems for property safety. - Set up and secure quality during design and construction work for quality management in construction. - Understand construction and design contract types and common legal issues for construction contracts and legal issues. - Knowledge about BREEAM and LEED for evaluating low impact construction materials for sustainable construction. The successful applicant will have: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. - Relevant certifications in project management. - Minimum 15 years of experience in delivering mixed-use building projects. - International project experience is an advantage. - Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide teams. - In-depth knowledge of innovative construction technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Comprehensive understanding of project management principles. - Ability to deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets. - Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
