Dpurple Decor is a growing interior design and build company, offering comprehensive turnkey solutions—including civil, electrical, networking, furniture, and modular installations—for government and non-government clients. Our vision is to become a national leader in composite contracting.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and technically sound Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out and construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver and strong communicator with an eye for detail.

• Project Planning:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, material requirements, and manpower schedules.
• Study and analyse BOQs, drawings, and scope documents.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and site execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams (design, procurement, civil, electrical, etc.).
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Provide updates on project progress, changes, and issues.
• Budget & Cost Control:
• Track project expenses and ensure work is within budget.
• Prepare and review rate analyses and cost estimates.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor site work to ensure quality and compliance with company and client standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain project documentation (daily reports, drawings, approvals, material logs, etc.).
• Submit weekly progress reports and final project reports.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in fit-outs or turnkey contracting
• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ analysis, and project costing
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle 3–5 projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
