Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in India. The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure the safety and compliance of the construction site. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to meet project specifications and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and construction oversight
• Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and safety protocols
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and clients effectively
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
