Job Description

Lead and manage the construction management team during the project execution phase.
Ensure full implementation of HSE policies and procedures to maintain an incident-free workplace.
Review and monitor contractors’ construction schedules, manpower, and equipment utilization plans.
Drive compliance with project specifications, company standards, and construction quality management systems.
Interface with engineering, procurement, and vendors to ensure timely release of drawings and materials.
Lead resolution of construction phase issues, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Review and approve construction reports – progress, safety, and quality – on a periodic basis.
Ensure proper budget control and cost monitoring throughout the construction phase.
Mentor, coach, and develop construction team members to build a high-performing organization.
Represent Worley in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
