Tendering Responsibilities: Analyse tender documents (BOQs, drawings, technical specifications). Prepare and submit bids/proposals in accordance with client requirements. Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation using relevant software/tools. Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for pricing and technical inputs. Prepare tender documentation including technical and commercial bids. Track ongoing tenders, submission deadlines, and manage documentation. Participate in pre-bid meetings and respond to tender queries Billing Responsibilities: Prepare and submit client bills (RA Bills, Final Bills, etc.) as per contract terms. Verify subcontractor/vendor bills and certify payments. Maintain records of measurements (M-books), work orders, and billing documentation. Liaise with site engineers and quantity surveyors to track work progress and reconcile quantities. Handle reconciliation of materials and resources used. Ensure timely collection of certified payments from clients. Monitor project budgets and flag overruns or anomalies. Educational Qualification B Tech (Civil) Key Skills Experience in tendering, rate analysis, cost estimation and billing. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
