Construction Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Chennai. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include supervising construction teams, managing project schedules, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a management role within the construction industry is a plus
