Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Oversee site management, including labor control, material procurement, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field
Proven track record of managing high-rise building construction projects (>40 stories) with expertise in sub-contract management.
