Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Understand Clients requirements
Review & Coordination with Consultants w.r.t Working design details, GFC drawings etc.
Follow-up with Consultants for Details and RFIs
Monitoring & Controlling of Overall Quality and progress of work at site.
Monitoring and Controlling Site Expenses, Cash outflow and Inflow
Day to day coordination at site.
Approve the Material Indent for procurement.
Interact with Purchase & Tendering Team for confirmation of timely placing the orders
Review and Approve sub contractor’s extra items, claims and quantity variations.
Daily correspondence with Client, Sub Contractors, Vendors and Other Agencies.
Develop Labour Contractors / Sub Contractors for Constructions Works.
Monitoring Progress of Work on Site, Material Consumptions & Quantities of Work executed on site
Monitoring & Controlling of execution w.r.t Time, Cost, Quality and Safety
Monitor & Control/ Follow-ups for Deliverable of suppliers/ sub-contractors/ Labour Contractors
Follow up the Certification of Running Bills / Final Bill from Client / PMC
Inspection & certification of Bills of Subcontractors.
Attend Coordination meeting with Consultants and Client.
Project documentation
Follow – up, expediting, troubleshooting
