Construction Manager

MetalKarma Engineering Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing engineering organization specializing in the design, manufacturing, supply, and erection of steel space structures for industrial, commercial, and large-span infrastructure projects.

We are expanding our project execution team and are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Manager to lead our erection and site operations.

🔧 Role: Construction Manager

📍 Location: Project Sites (PAN India)

🧑‍💼 Experience: 6–10 Years (Steel Structures / Space Frames / Industrial Projects preferred)

🔎 Key Responsibilities

•          Lead and manage erection activities for steel space frame structures.

•          Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure timely execution.

•          Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth site operations.

•          Prepare & monitor construction schedules, resource plans, and manpower allocation.

•          Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC processes, and company guidelines.

•          Resolve technical and site-related challenges efficiently.

•          Track progress, report daily updates, and ensure on-time project delivery.

👤 Candidate Profile

•          Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

•          Strong experience in steel structure erection—preferably space frame or PEB.

•          Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•          Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate large project teams.

•          Ready to travel and manage execution at various project locations.
