Construction Manager

You are hiring a Civil Engineer with site management experience to oversee construction of foundation structures specifically for machine installations at various project locations. The role requires hands-on site management, quality control, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. In addition to site responsibilities, you will also contribute to other areas like new building product development and general management during non-project periods, offering exposure to both on-site execution and innovative construction product development. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise all foundation construction activities including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and finishing. - Ensure work is executed in line with approved structural drawings, design specifications, and quality standards. - Inspect and verify material quality (cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and concrete mix). - Monitor leveling, alignment, and dimensions of foundations to meet machinery installation requirements. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of site activities. - Report site status, challenges, and solutions to management. **Qualification** - Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (civil/structural works). - Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, and machine foundation construction. - Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical specifications. - Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery. - Willingness to travel to various sites as per project requirements.,
