Configuration Analyst - I

As a Configurations Analyst I, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generating Scripts & writing Cosmos SQL API Queries - Accommodating Client requirements in the Code built-up logic - Building and testing product configurations for all products including surveys, care plans, and research projects - Building rules within the product configuration program, in coordination with the content development team - Monitoring and testing the accuracy of product configurations - Developing product codes and ensuring integration with applicable healthcare code sets across all product lines - Reviewing, creating, and incorporating policies and procedures to implement coding best practices and making recommendations to management on product needs to achieve strategic objectives - Resolving client configuration issues - Ensuring proper supporting documentation and maintaining files for all configuration tasks - Identifying and seeking approval for key actions necessary to remediate all problems/issues and making recommendations to management on steps to ensure the product is delivered as scheduled and within specifications - Understanding project impact on existing and required workflow - Identifying configuration risks and creating risk mitigation plans when necessary - Resolving configurations related support tickets received from clients within defined SLA - Taking day-to-day responsibility for resolving issues through CRM tool - Understanding and executing against agreed processes for implementing fixes/changes - Providing regular client and internal communication on assigned activity and incidents - highlighting any issues that might impact delivery in the defined timescales to Team Leader/Support Manager Preferred Skills: - BE/BCA/BCS or equivalent - 0-1 years of experience working on clinical IT projects - Proficient in MS Office Suite and managing complex spreadsheets - Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of databases - Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and rules engines - Strong Analytical and Logical Skills - Knowledge of clinical workflow in shared clinical decision making - Understanding of project reporting cycles, status reports, and metrics - Adequate knowledge of JSON handling and Cosmos No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
