 Compensation: Revenue-Sharing Model – 40% of conference proceeds

Educational Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Oncology, Cancer Biology, Medical Sciences, or related fields (preferred)

Experience Requirement:

• Demonstrated academic leadership in cancer research, clinical trials, or healthcare innovation
• Experience in organizing international medical/healthcare conferences or symposia

Primary Role:

The Conference Convenor will serve as the academic and operational lead for the International Conference on Oncology and Cancer Research. The role requires end-to-end leadership, from conceptualizing the theme to executing the event, ensuring academic integrity, global collaboration, and impactful knowledge exchange in cancer research.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Strategic Planning & Thematic Development

• Define the vision, goals, and sub-themes of the conference
• Focus on cancer biology, immuno-oncology, novel therapies, genomics, early detection, and personalized medicine
• Establish a roadmap for smooth execution and impactful outcomes

2.  Academic Collaboration & Committee Formation

• Build a strong scientific committee, advisory board, and technical panels
• Collaborate with oncologists, researchers, medical institutions, and global organizations
• Ensure diversity and interdisciplinary representation

3.  Call for Papers & Scientific Publications

• Draft and circulate the Call for Papers (CFP)
• Supervise submission, peer review, and selection of high-quality research papers
• Coordinate with indexed journals and publishers for proceedings and special issues

4. Keynote, Expert & Clinical Engagement

• Invite leading oncologists, researchers, and cancer-care specialists
• Organize plenary talks, expert panels, case presentations, and workshops
• Highlight latest clinical trials, research breakthroughs, and translational practices

5.  Event Operations & Management

• Oversee conference logistics, scheduling, and technical arrangements
• Coordinate with operational teams for hybrid/onsite formats
• Ensure smooth flow of sessions, registrations, and participant engagement

6. Sponsorships, Partnerships & Outreach

• Engage with hospitals, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and NGOs
• Secure sponsorships and collaborations to strengthen the conference
• Expand global outreach through strategic media and institutional partnerships

7. Compliance, Reporting & Impact Evaluation

• Ensure adherence to ethical, medical, and academic standards
• Document proceedings, attendance, and outcomes in detail
• Deliver comprehensive impact reports, financial summaries, and feedback analysis

 Lead one of the most impactful global platforms in oncology and cancer research. Shape breakthroughs, foster collaboration, and drive innovation in the fight against cancer.
