Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
