Concierge Manager

Objective of the role:

The Concierge Manager will provide comprehensive lifestyle management and personalized services to the family members. This role requires a sophisticated professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex requests, and deliver top service while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of

contact for family lifestyle needs and coordinate a network of premium service providers.

Roles and responsibilities:

The incumbents roles & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel including flight bookings, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Event Planning: Coordinate private events, family celebrations, business entertainment, and social gatherings
• Multi-Property Coordination: Manage services across multiple family residences
• Maintenance Oversight: Schedule and supervise property maintenance and improvement projects
• Home Management: Oversee household staff coordination, property maintenance scheduling, and vendor management
• Health & Wellness: Coordinate medical appointments, wellness services, and health-related travel
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with service providers and vendors
• Personal Assistant Services: Provide executive assistant support to family members as needed
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of services, preferences, and vendor relationships
