Concierge Manager

As a Concierge Manager at Grand Hyatt Kochi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. You will work closely with the Front Office / Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the guest service department, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
