Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

• Ideate and develop event concepts aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
• Create detailed concept notes, event narratives, and experience flow documents.

• Creative Strategy:

• Work closely with the creative and design teams to bring concepts to life visually and experientially.
• Collaborate on mood boards, storyboards, and presentation decks for pitches and internal approvals.

• Event Design & Flow:

• Conceptualize audience journeys, engagement touchpoints, stage setups, and interactive zones.
• Ensure consistency in theme, tone, and storytelling across all event elements.

• Research & Trendspotting:

• Stay updated on cultural, design, and experiential trends to inspire innovative event ideas.
• Research global best practices in brand experiences and adapt them to local contexts.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in 

  event conceptualization

  , 

  brand activations

  , or 

  experiential marketing

   (agency or brand side).
• Strong storytelling and visualization skills — able to translate abstract ideas into tangible experiences.
• Proficiency in creating presentation decks (Keynote / PowerPoint / Canva) and collaborating with design teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for live experiences, pop culture, music, and design is a big plus.
