Job Summary

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for lending partnership projects, with focus on customer and partner experience.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Create detailed test scenarios and test cases to ensure thorough testing of business requirements.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans and scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and documenting test results.
• Support process documentation, including preparation of process flow charts, ensuring all processes are clearly defined and documented.
• Work closely with product managers to support project planning, on-time execution, and monitoring.
• Support timely, smooth roll-out and adoption of new product iterations & meeting committed timelines for various product launches Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, risk policy, credit, operations, and external partners.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving partnership processes and products.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI/Lending industry (withoverall 4-5 years of experience).
• Proven experience working with APIs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the lending sector.
