Job Description

Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead/Manager (Night Shift Only)

Responsibilities

Understand customer technical requirements and develop staffing plans, including job descriptions for technical resources.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to screen and interview candidates for IT applications and infrastructure roles.
Conduct online technical evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports for submission to account managers.
Draft and manage
Statements of Work (SOW)
and
Change Orders
for client engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based customers and employees.
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly status reports to stakeholders.
Develop proposals for new engagements and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum
5+ years of experience managing technical teams
.
Proven experience in managing
US customer relationships
.
Prior hands-on experience as a
Software Developer
or
Infrastructure Engineer
.
Strong understanding of both
application development
and
infrastructure technologies
.
Solid IT background with exposure to multiple technologies.
Experience in developing
SOWs
and technical proposals is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
