Role description

• Handling Compliance aspects related to Trade Finance and Cash Management Services


• Analyzing impact of regulatory guidelines/circulars and appraising the Senior Management about the Compliance Risks emanating from the regulations.


• Dissemination of actionables emanating from new regulations and ensuring implementation by the respective Business units of the Bank.


• Partnering with Business Departments on various aspects of Regulations applicable to their Business and providing them solutions on matters referred by them in new and existing products and processes.


• Review of new or existing Policies / Internal circulars/processes after ensuring all regulatory/internal guidelines have been complied.


• Communicating with regulatory authorities for clarification on regulations and approvals for products/services.


• Submission of updates/Action taken report etc. for various committees like Audit Committee of Board /MD Dashboard etc.


• Handling of Compliance related queries and approvals.


• Providing relevant inputs for preparation of presentations /Dashboards


• Monitoring and tracking of closure of regulatory observations emanating from IAD, Compliance Testing and RAR reports


• Approval and testing of new/change product and process notes in line with relevant applicable regulations /internal policies and giving sign off to PMC/CMC notes

Competencies Required:

• Understanding of RBI regulations and guidelines


• Good Interpersonal and communication skills


• Excellent spoken & written (Drafting) English skills


• Proficiency & command in Excel, Word & PPT etc.
