Job Description

Handling Compliance aspects related to Trade Fice and Cash Management ServicesAnalyzing impact of regulatory guidelines/circulars and appraising the Senior Management about the Compliance Risks emanating from the regulationsDissemination of actionables emanating from new regulations and ensuring implementation by the respective Business units of the BankPartnering with Business Departments on various aspects of Regulations applicable to their Business and providing them solutions on matters referred by them in new and existing products and processesReview of new or existing Policies / Internal circulars/processes after ensuring all regulatory/internal guidelines have been compliedCommunicating with regulatory authorities for clarification on regulations and approvals for products/servicesSubmission of updates/Action taken report etc for various committees like Audit Committee of Board /MD Dashboard etcHandling of Compliance related queries and approvalsProviding relevant inputs for preparation of presentations /DashboardsMonitoring and tracking of closure of regulatory observations emanating from IAD, Compliance Testing and RAR reportsApproval and testing of new/change product and process notes in line with relevant applicable regulations /internal policies and giving sign off to PMC/CMC notesCompetencies RequiredUnderstanding of RBI regulations and guidelinesGood Interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent spoken & written (Drafting) English skillsProficiency & command in Excel, Word & PPT etc
