Compliance & Ethics Investigator

Role Overview: Join our team as a Compliance & Ethics Investigator at Oracle, the #1 global provider of business software. As part of the Compliance & Ethics Investigations team (CEI), you will play a crucial role in investigating violations and strengthening Oracle's Compliance Program. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct investigations of alleged violations of Oracles ethical standards, policies, and business practices, ensuring timely, detailed, and objective outcomes. - Support all aspects of internal compliance investigations, including planning, information gathering, data analysis, interviewing, report writing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Prepare high-quality investigative reports outlining allegations, key findings, and recommended actions to mitigate risks. - Identify compliance risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address concerns. - Engage with subject matter experts and assist in promoting an ethical corporate environment. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree or higher in relevant fields. - Professional certifications such as CFE, CPA/CA, or CIA are advantageous. - 6+ years of experience in corporate investigations, including conducting interviews; internal audit experience is a plus. - Knowledge of FCPA and the UK Bribery Act. - Proficiency in English with strong communication skills; knowledge of other Asian languages like Japanese or Korean is beneficial. - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate analytical thinking. - Highest level of personal integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel occasionally.
