Job Description: Compliance & Accreditation Manager (ISO, ANAB, and Regulatory Standards)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Accreditation Manager to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of our compliance frameworks. This role will focus on managing ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.), ANAB accreditation requirements, and other regulatory/industry compliance policies to ensure our organization meets and exceeds global quality, security, and accreditation standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Framework Management

◦ Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with ISO, ANAB, and other regulatory requirements.

◦ Ensure documentation, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, controlled, and communicated across the organization.

◦ Conduct regular reviews and gap analyses to maintain ongoing compliance.

• Audit & Accreditation

◦ Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits, including ANAB and ISO certification audits.

◦ Prepare audit evidence, manage findings, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (RCA & CAPA).

◦ Maintain strong working relationships with accreditation bodies and external auditors.

• Risk & Policy Management

◦ Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

◦ Develop and enforce compliance-related policies, including impartiality safeguards, data security, and quality controls.

◦ Ensure compliance requirements are integrated into day-to-day operations and projects.

• Training & Awareness

◦ Provide compliance training sessions and workshops to staff, ensuring organizational awareness of compliance obligations.

◦ Promote a culture of quality, impartiality, and continual improvement.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement

◦ Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and reports for senior management.

◦ Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance processes.

◦ Stay updated with changes in ISO standards, ANAB requirements, and other relevant regulations.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or accreditation management.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 17024, etc.), ANAB accreditation requirements, and global compliance frameworks.

• Experience with audits, regulatory submissions, and certification processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, Compliance Manager, or Quality Auditor preferred.
