Role & responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Management

• Design and manage salary structures, grade bands, and pay ranges

  aligned with market benchmarks. Conduct

  compensation benchmarking

  studies using industry data, Analyze compensation trends, cost imp/act, and workforce metrics. Lead

  annual compensation review cycles

  including increments, promotions, and variable pay payouts. Develop and administer performance-linked pay and incentive programs. Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance Flexi benefits and other benefit programs. Ensure compliance with

  labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

  related to compensation and benefits. Support and administration of

  ESOPs and long-term incentive plans

  .

  Manage ESOP grants, vesting schedules, employee communication, and reporting.

  Prepare annual compensation budgets and forecasts. Monitor compensation costs against approved budgets and business plans. Recommend cost optimization measures without compromising competitiveness. Design and Review various Benefits and policies. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical and financial skills Experience designing incentive-heavy compensation structures Attention to detail and data accuracy Stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools Ability to work with senior leadership and external consultants High level of integrity and confidentiality
