Job Title: Compensation Benefits Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in
C&B analytics,
A
nalyze HR data, metrics, and statistics about jobs, compensation and benefits
and provide meaningful insights
Expertise in
advanced excel
and handling large volume of data
Create framework for regular tracking and governance on hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, Incentive analytics etc
Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets. Take part in Annual HR budget Planning analysis
Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis and prepare regular HR Dashboard and Monthly comp analytics
Compensation Benchmarking vs market & revision of hiring ranges for employees at different levels
