Company Secretary Trainee

Requirement of Company Secretary Trainee,Location: Ahmedabad,Eligibility: preference will be provided to students who have completed professional program of ICSI, however others may also apply.Stipend: - 15,000/- approx.Key Responsibilities: -Corporate Secretarial ComplianceAssisting in preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory returns, forms, and records under the Companies Act, 2013.Drafting notices, agendas, and minutes of Board & Committee Meetings, General Meetings, and Resolutions.Maintaining statutory registers and records.Regulatory Filings & LiaisonAssisting in e-filing with MCA, SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory authorities.Coordination with auditors, consultants, and regulators as required.Corporate Governance & Legal DraftingSupporting in drafting agreements, policies, and internal corporate governance documents.Researching and interpreting corporate and securities laws for advisory purposes.Compliance Monitoring & ReportingMonitoring regulatory deadlines and ensuring timely compliances.Assisting in compliance audits and secretarial audits.Other Professional ExposureAssisting in matters related to due diligence, and ESOP administration.Preparing presentations and reports for the management/Board.Skills & Attributes Required: -Good understanding of Company Law, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance.Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with online compliance filing platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Mail your CV to shyam.Rajpurohit@equirus.com
