Job Opportunity: Company Secretary

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Board & Shareholder Governance:

• Plan and participate in board and committee meetings (Audit, NRC, Risk, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Secretarial Standards in drafting minutes, resolutions, agendas.
• Handle AGMs, EGMs, shareholder communications, and collaborate with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).

Compliances & Regulatory Coordination:

• Ensure adherence to the

  Companies Act 2013

  ,

  SEBI

  regulations, and other related laws.
• Coordinate with

  MCA

  ,

  IEPF

  ,

  SEBI

  , and other stakeholders for necessary filings and disclosures.
• Handle statutory returns and ROC filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, XBRL, etc.).

Audit, Policies & Record Keeping:

• Coordinate for statutory, internal audits, and SEBI/RBI inspections.
• Draft, review, and ensure compliance with policies such as related party transactions, whistleblowers, and codes of conduct.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

• ICSI Member

  (Company Secretary)
• Preference for

  LLB

  holders.
