REGRIP is dedicated to tackling the global tire waste crisis by employing innovative solutions within the circular economy framework. Based in Jaipur, REGRIP focuses on extending the lifespan of discarded tires through advanced technologies, thereby reducing the need for new tire production and minimizing their environmental footprint. Additionally, we convert non-reusable tires into valuable raw materials to mitigate pollution. Our mission is to create a cleaner, greener world by re-engineering the tire industry for a sustainable future.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Company Secretary at REGRIP. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, preparing and filing statutory documents, organizing board meetings, and drafting meeting minutes. The role also involves liaising with external regulators and advisers, while providing administrative support to the board of directors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with

    Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws

    .
  • Draft, maintain, and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for board and shareholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities, ROC filings, and investor-related compliance.
  • Support fundraising and due diligence processes from a compliance perspective.
  • Advise leadership on governance best practices and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and investor information.


Qualifications

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

    with

    minimum 3 years’ experience

    in a funded startup.
  • Strong knowledge of

    corporate laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements

    .
  • Proficiency in drafting and maintaining legal and corporate documents.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
