Company Secretary

Role Overview: You will be responsible for convening and coordinating meetings of the Board/Committees/Shareholders, providing inputs on loan/equity documentation, keeping up to date with regulatory changes, ensuring necessary policies are in place, implementing processes for governance and compliance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining statutory registers and corporate records, and coordinating with auditors. Key Responsibilities: - Convene and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agenda, taking minutes, conveying decisions, tracking actionable, handling meeting correspondence - Provide inputs on loan/equity documentation from a secretarial perspective - Keep up to date with regulatory and statutory changes affecting the organization - Ensure necessary policies are in place and updated periodically - Implement processes or systems for good governance and compliance with legislation - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, RBI requirements, and other applicable regulations - Maintain Statutory Registers and corporate records, including activity wise trackers - Coordinate with auditors as required - Perform any other activities assigned by the Company/Board of Directors Qualification Required: - Qualified Company Secretary with a valid membership number - Possess at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a debt listed organization - Experience with NBFCs is desirable Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization and time management abilities, a proactive attitude, a flexible and practical approach to work, and demonstrate discretion and diplomacy.,
