Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales in the assigned region, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include market analysis, sales strategy development, team management, and reporting on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Account Management
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Building, Customer Service, and Negotiation
• Ability to create and implement effective Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or tire industry is a plus
