Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs), taking minutes, convening meetings, managing records, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional qualification
• Semi qualified CS/ CS dropout with experience in working with a CS firm.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
