About the Role

Qualified Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and documents with MCA/ROC
• Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes, and compliance documents
• Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board/General Meetings
• Assist in conducting Board Meetings, AGM/EGM, and committee meetings
• Ensure timely compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
• Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Assist in annual filings, secretarial audit, and annual report preparation
• Manage corporate governance documentation with integrity and confidentiality
• Support management with compliance updates and corporate advisory

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Course completed
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in secretarial or compliance work
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, MCA portal, and ROC filing procedures
• Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
