Job Overview:

Cold Calling & Email Campaign Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
• Execute and manage email campaigns to generate leads and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Handle basic administrative and data entry tasks to support the sales process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Accuracy and speed in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in lead generation activities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or related fields.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.

Compensation:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
