Role Overview:

Sales & Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (emails, calls, and online platforms).
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and MIS data for management review.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Support in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business/Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, data entry, or a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in CRM/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
