Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary with minimum 1 year of experience. As part of our core team, you will work directly with the founder and gain practical exposure to diverse areas of corporate compliance and advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for companies and LLPs
• Prepare and maintain secretarial records, registers, and minutes
• Draft and review legal documents, resolutions, and agreements
• Assist in board meetings and general meetings, including notices and agendas
• Handle MCA filings, FEMA compliances, and FCRA-related work
• Conduct due diligence and secretarial audits
• Stay updated on corporate governance practices and regulatory changes
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders
• Participate in weekly internal knowledge sessions and discussions

Qualifications:

• Associate Member of ICSI (ACS)

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience

  in corporate compliance and advisory
• Strong understanding of company law, FEMA, and corporate governance
• Confident in client interaction and independent decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
