Company Secretary

As a qualified Company Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance, corporate governance, and legal documentation for our Electrical Panel Manufacturing & EPC Projects business. Your role will involve managing ROC filings, board meetings, AGM documentation, and contract reviews. It is crucial to ensure compliance with company and industrial laws, maintain statutory records, support licensing and regulatory matters, and assist in legal and governance functions specific to EPC and manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee statutory compliance, corporate governance, and legal documentation - Manage ROC filings, board meetings, AGM documentation, and contract reviews - Ensure compliance with company and industrial laws - Maintain statutory records and support licensing and regulatory matters - Assist in legal and governance functions specific to EPC and manufacturing projects Qualifications Required: - Company Secretary (CS) ICSI Qualified - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing/EPC sectors Your strong knowledge of company law and compliance, contract drafting, governance practices, communication and coordination, legal documentation, and familiarity with manufacturing/EPC-related regulations will be valuable assets in this role.,
