This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Lahunipada. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the company’s statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. The role entails ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, recording minutes, and dealing with correspondence, collating information, and writing reports. Additionally, the Company Secretary will advise members of the legal, governance, accounting, and tax implications of proposed policies. Handling stakeholder relations and managing contractual matters will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Legal and Regulatory Knowledge, Compliance Management
Experience in Agenda Preparation, Meeting Coordination, and Minute Taking
