Role Description

* Ensure compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatory requirements.

* Monitor and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.

* Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory filings.

* Stay updated with latest rules, circulars, and regulatory developments.

* Support day-to-day compliance operations of the company.

* ROC Filings

* NBFC Work 

* Secretarial Audit

Qualifications

* Candidates with experience in compliance, SEBI regulations, or stock broking operations will be preferred.

* Freshers with strong interest in compliance and regulatory framework are also welcome to apply.

* Strong communication and documentation skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment.
