Need a fresher for CS Executive profile in a growing startup in the microfinance sector

Qualifications:

• CS (Company Secretary) qualification – Fresher (0–1 year experience).
• Good understanding of Companies Act and basic corporate laws.
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be eager to learn with strong academic, drafting, and communication skills.
• Keen understanding of compliance requirements.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance adherence.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability in all compliance documents and processes.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports as required by authorities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent compliance and regulatory practices.
• Maintain thorough and updated records pertaining to regulatory compliance and legal matters.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013, Cooperative Society and LLP
• Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns, forms, and documents with MCA, ROC, SEBI, RBI, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
• Provide support in legal drafting, agreements, and documentation.
• Assist in preparation of annual reports and disclosures.
