Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance, handle company law matters, and support the management in tender documentation, contract vetting, and corporate governance. This role requires strong knowledge of legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and documentation related to government and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Draft, vet, and manage agreements, MoUs, and corporate filings.
• Handle Board meetings, AGM/EGMs, and maintain statutory registers/records.
• Liaise with legal authorities, consultants, government departments, and auditors.
• Provide legal and compliance support for tender submissions, vendor registrations, and licensing.
• Support management in risk management, corporate governance, and decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of Company Law, SEBI, MCA compliance, and corporate governance.
• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal/ software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
• 25 years of relevant experience.
• Additional LLB degree will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
