Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining company records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and liaising with regulatory authorities. They will also manage statutory filings, ensure due diligence, assist with legal documentation and contracts, and support corporate governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SEBI LODR, SEBI NCS regulations and other relevant SEBI Regulations , corporate laws, compliance regulations, and corporate governance
• Proficiency in maintaining company records, statutory filings, and legal documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in preparing board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field;
• CS qualification is required
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Requirements:

• Filing of DIR-12 is mandatory

• Experience in a 

  BSE debt-listed company
