Role Overview: You will be a Company Secretary at CSA Investments Private Limited, based in Gurugram. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining company records, preparing board and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions, liaising with regulatory authorities, managing statutory filings, assisting with legal documentation and contracts, and supporting corporate governance initiatives.
