Job Description (Role): We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance and Operations Specialist to join our team at EduFund. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of compliance- related tasks and operational processes, contributing to the organization's regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. Responsibilities CS Coordination: Collaborate with the company's corporate secretarial functions to ensure effective communication and coordination. Legal Agreements: Manage and oversee the preparation and execution of legal agreements involving non-HR stakeholders, including individuals and companies. Investment Operations: Handle the legal paperwork associated with investment operations, including the maintenance of ARN (AMFI Registration Number) and RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) compliance. Investor Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication with investors, coordinating signatures, and acting as a liaison to ensure a streamlined process. ESOP Maintenance and Updation: Monitor and update the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) documentation as required. Additional Compliance Tasks: Undertake any other compliance-related responsibilities that may arise within the EduFund group, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Required Skills Proven experience in compliance, legal operations, or a related role. Knowledge of corporate governance, legal agreements, and investment operations. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Specific Criteria Required For The Applicants Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. CS is mandatory 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
