We’re building a future of quality-driven education —join us on this mission! Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Community Engagement & Management: - Build and maintain a vibrant community of teachers - Foster meaningful interactions and knowledge-sharing among community members - Address queries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for all members 2. Webinar Planning & Execution: - Plan and schedule regular webinars featuring internal and external experts - Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery - Promote webinars across appropriate channels to maximise attendance 3. Content Creation: - Design visually appealing and informative presentations for webinars and events - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that meets the needs of educators 4. Feedback & Improvement: - Collect and analyse feedback from the community and webinar participants - Continuously improve engagement strategies and content delivery based on insights Who You Are - A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills - A graduate in any discipline - Energetic, adaptable, and passionate about growth - Open to freshers and experienced candidates alike Bonus If You Have: - Experience in the education sector - Understanding of accreditation frameworks - Ability to learn fast and thrive in a dynamic environment - Experience in Managing Community Job Details 📍 Location: DLF Sector 10, 9–10 Dividing Road, Faridabad – 121006 🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Compensation 💰 Freshers: ₹15,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives 💰 Experienced: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (in-hand) + Incentives 📈 Performance Review: Every 6 months 📜 Note: 1-year bond for freshers
