Role Overview

Community Manager (User Success)

Key Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Activation

  1. Personally connect with newly signed-up users (calls, WhatsApp, email).
  2. Educate them about the platform’s benefits, profile completion, and project uploads.
  3. Help users understand how to use features.
  4. Ensure every professional becomes active

    Community Engagement

  5. Build and nurture relationships with professionals, vendors, and design firms.
  6. Encourage content uploads, engagement, and participation in campaigns or events.
  7. Identify and spotlight active community members for features and recognition.


Feedback & Insights

  1. Capture user feedback, challenges, and suggestions during calls.
  2. Work closely with the 

    Product

     and 

    Growth

     teams to improve user experience.
  3. Maintain structured feedback logs and weekly insight reports.


Support & Retention

  1. Handle basic user queries related to features and usage.
  2. Re-engage dormant or inactive users through follow-ups and reminders.
  3. Share guides, tips, and best practices to help users succeed on HYNT.


Skills & Experience

  1. 2 – 4 years of experience in 

    community management, customer success, or user onboarding

    .
  2. Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional languages a plus).
  3. Friendly, patient, and confident on calls.
  4. Organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
  5. Passion for 

    design, community, and tech platforms

    .
  6. Basic understanding of digital tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs
