Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager based in Pune. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with our community, managing social media platforms, developing and implementing community strategies, and organizing events. The role involves day-to-day interactions with stakeholders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive community experience. The Community Manager will also monitor community feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and collaborate with various departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, and Customer Relationship Management Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement community strategies and organize events Proficiency in using social media and community management tools Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively Experience analyzing engagement metrics and providing actionable insights Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
