We’re hiring: Marketing & Community Manager - Mumbai (Hybrid)

fitcru is growing fast we need someone to lead our content + creative team and build a strong, engaged community around our mission.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a small team of writers, designers & freelancers.
• Own the marketing calendar, campaigns & content quality.
• Co-create scripts, posts & stories with our coaches.
• Build partenrships & drive real community engagement online and offline.
• Keep our messaging sharp across all platforms.

Who you are:

Experienced in wellness, DTC or service-based brands.

Strong in writing, planning & leadership.

Calm under deadlines, clear in communication.

Bonus: You’ve built a community before.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
