Job Title: Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing our online community through impactful communication and high-quality content. You will act as the voice of the brand and play a key role in driving engagement and long-term community growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling, clear, and engaging copy for community posts, announcements, campaigns, and updates
• Manage and grow online communities across multiple platforms (social media, forums, groups, etc.)
• Act as the brand voice while interacting with community members
• Develop content strategies focused on engagement and retention
• Monitor community conversations, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand image
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and communication
• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content and strategies accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 26 years of relevant experience in community management, content, or copywriting roles
• Excellent copywriting skills (mandatory)
• Strong command over language, tone, and storytelling
• Ability to write engaging content tailored to different audiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented
