Role Summary
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and payroll with precision. If you thrive on structure, deadlines, and clean books, this role will give you ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate daily records of income, expenses, and reconciliations
Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
2. Payroll Management
Process timely payroll for team members and consultants
Calculate bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and taxes as needed
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
3. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports
Coordinate with CA for filings, audits, and financial compliance
Maintain organized financial records for easy access and review
4. Systems & Process Oversight
Manage financial tools like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets
Improve existing systems for better accuracy and efficiency
5. Confidentiality & Ethics
Handle all financial data with integrity and discretion
Ensure company policies and legal standards are met in every transaction
