About Us:

We are Designopolis, an e-learning platform dedicated to pioneering educational experiences in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry

Community Engagement & Growth

• Lead, nurture, and scale Designopolis’ WhatsApp/IG communities and other digital channels
• Drive daily engagement: conversations, prompts, insights, polls, and meaningful discussions
• Track member sentiment and provide community insights to help refine our content and programs

Event Presence & Hosting

• Be the face of our community during offline mixers and meetups (in major cities)
• Host / co-host online live webinars, workshops, interviews & panel discussions
• Manage pre-event communication, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups

Member Success

• Make community members feel heard, seen, and supported
• Identify power users and community advocates, build ambassador programs
• Respond to queries and DMs across channels in a timely manner

Who you are:

✅ Extroverted, enthusiastic communicator — comfortable speaking on camera & on stage

✅ Someone who naturally brings people together and loves initiating conversations

✅ A problem-solver who keeps communities active without needing constant supervision

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in 

  growing and managing communities

   (Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, etc.)
• Experience moderating events / webinars / interviews / community meetups
• Bonus: background in design, creative industries, or creator-led communities
