What you'll do

1. Own Content strategy

• Define what Designopolis creates across Instagram, YouTube, Courses, and Podcasts
• Decide priorities clearly and ruthlessly
• Align content with brand, learning, and business goals

2. Production oversight

• Translate ideas into shoots, edits, and final outputs
• Oversee production timelines, post-production, and releases
• Work hands-on with videographers, editors, designers, and freelancers

3. Design quality & visual judgment

• Own visual and editorial standards across all formats
• Review and approve videos, graphics, thumbnails, and presentations
• Ensure everything we publish reflects strong design taste and clarity

4. Team & system building

• Hire and manage video, graphics, media, and freelance resources
• Define roles, workflows, and review processes
• Build systems so output scales without chaos

Key Content Types You'll be Responsible For

• Instagram reels (educational + brand)
• YouTube long-form videos
• Course content: Videos, Presentations, and Study Materials
• Customer testimonials
• Ad shoots and campaign creatives
• Podcasts

Who you are

strongly suited for architects or designers

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 

  6–10 years of overall experience in content production

• 2+ years

  in a leadership position overseeing content
• Have a broad experience across both video and static graphic formats
• Have strong 

  design taste and visual judgment

• Understand content production in the real world
• Are comfortable taking 

  clear creative decisions

• Enjoy building teams, systems, and processes

Role Type & Compensation

• Full-time, on-site in

  Hyderabad

• Compensation includes base + performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
